The introduction to China Advertising Forum
   Dubbed by many as China’s Davos Forum for the advertising industry, China Advertising Forum is one of the most prestigious activities in the business. This forum and China Advertising Festival which is held annually in the second half of the year are two key events affiliated to China Advertising Association. Sticking to the principle of being rooted in China while having the whole world in view, the forum invites the professional elites and senior executives at home and abroad to analyze the industry’s development trends and express their authoritarian views in the form of dialogues on specially selected topics. Meanwhile, it also functions as an ideal platform for the advertisers to herein communicate, negotiate and cooperate, which will attract hundreds of top leaders from the advertising agents, news media and advertisers from the mainland of China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, as well as US, UK, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.
   To expand the interexchange of experience and provide an opportunity for more organizations to participate deeply, the organizing committee of the 2008 China Advertising Forum follows the success of the previous events and hereby requests the speech proposals from the whole society. Those who decide to participate are kindly expected to complete and submit to the organizing committee the following forms before November 30, 2007.

Codes of the speech proposal:

  1. The nominee shall be the senior executive of the company and have substantial influence in the industry.
  2. If you have ever submitted speeches during any previous event, you are kindly required to do it again because the speakers will be decided according to the different conference themes.
  3. We will consider the topics with initiative ideas, and the speeches on the trend of the world’s top market and the state-of-the-art advertising technology which are concerned with China’s advertising development will be given special priority. (The speech shall be concentrated on the development of the whole industry rather than promoting any company’s products or services. However, the demonstrations supported by a certain company’s practical experience are acceptable.)
  4. The speaker shall agree to share his/her personal experience and achievements with other attendants.
  5. You are expected to submit the complete speech in the form of Word or Txt to the organizing committee. You can also print it out on A4 paper and then submit with the official stamp on it. The organizing committee will consider your submission as an authorization to release your article on Internet or through the paper media without any payment but declaring your authorship.

  The list of all the proposers will be announced on in December, 2007. The organizing committee will only contact those who have been chosen and the proposals not adopted due to various reasons will be published completely in the 2008 advertising Collected Works of the Forum.
  We wholeheartedly thank all the participants and sincerely apologize to those whose requests can not be satisfied due to the expectable huge amounts of submissions.
